The Laker Fund:
Did you know there is a $5,800 gap between tuition and the actual cost of a ULS education? You can help fill that gap now with a gift to the Laker Fund which supports major operating expenses of the school—need-based scholarships, teacher compensation and classroom budgets.
Depending on the time of year, there are opportunities for giving in conjunction with events. The first Tuesday after Thanksgiving, ULS participates in the international day of philanthropy, #GivingTuesday. In late April, the entire Lake community is invited to an event with a live and silent auction to support our teachers and students. Update your contact info to be alerted to these opportunities.
The De Peyster Society:
Many Lakers who join The de Peyster Society direct their gift to the ULS Endowment which further strengthens the school’s financial future. This society was formed in honor of ULS’ first Headmaster, Joseph B. de Peyster, and recognizes those individuals who have designated ULS in their will or estate plans. To learn more about your options, contact Assistant Director of Alumni & Donor Relations, Kala Montoya.

“I give to ULS because it is the least I can do for a school that I feel has done so much for me.”
“I still feel a great connection to ULS. I am proud to support my school and the students that have come after me.”
“As an alumnus and current parent, my wife and I elect to contribute what we can to help bridge the gap between tuition and the costs of operating the school at such a high level.”
