How Our Students Love to Learn

ULS immerses students in a supportive and comfortable atmosphere that encourages them to develop their own instincts for kindness and mutual support. This sense of community unites students of all ages. It is a common occurrence to have a middle school student help a 1st grader read, or a high school student help a middle school student with algebra.

ULS intentionally creates a learning environment in which students thrive both intellectually and personally. Students can pursue individual interests and talents, and the ULS community inspires them to work harder and explore further.

  • “One of the biggest advantages at ULS is that you can choose to do multiple things. Last year  I had a 3.9 GPA, I was a serious athlete, and I even did the winter musical while doing basketball. I was also varsity tennis captain. I was able to do all these things because ULS encourages you to do whatever you want as long as you want to do it, put your heart into it, and work at it.”
