My Wisconsin Teaching License as an Elementary Teacher is for grades 1-8, English grades 1-9, and as a Reading Specialist, Prekindergarten-12th grade. This is my 14th year at University Lake School, and I have been teaching since 1992.

I have taught at many different public and private schools, and ULS is my dream school! I love the fact that my students are eager, enthusiastic, and inquisitive! The variety of styles, personalities, and opinions make for invigorating discussions. The faculty and administration really do care for the individual students, embrace their uniqueness, and strive to help them reach their full potential. Students take control of their own learning and demonstrate their leadership abilities, critical thinking skills, and problem solving strategies on a daily basis. Parents are incredibly supportive, back the teachers, and give selflessly of their time and talents. They will do anything and everything they can to help and are an integral part of the education process. There is constant collaboration among teachers and a commitment to higher learning. I am so blessed to be at a school where we are all a valued community of learners.
