University Lake School is proud to partner with Flying Cow Pizza for the 2017-18 Lunch Program. Please see below a message from Flying Cow Pizza:

As we start the new school year, we are excited to be offering a new school lunch program for University Lake School and its students. Our goal is simple, provide a healthy school lunch while incorporating fresh, local and seasonal produce when possible. We work with a variety of local farmers to make this happen. All of our meals are to be made on-site and are designed to help support the students in their schooling and activities by way of healthy and nutritious meals.

Flying Cow Pizza is a catering company based in the Lake Country area since 2011.

Our goal in 2011 was to create a mobile, wood-fired pizza company in the Napolitano style, which incorporates seasonal, simple and fresh ingredients. Our aim was to connect people to their food through pizza. With that in mind, we source a good amount of seasonal ingredients from local farmers that are organic or who grow crops in a natural way without pesticides or chemicals.
