TUITION & FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Financial assistance may be an essential part of the school search process, and the Financial Assistance Committee at ULS is dedicated to assisting parents. Through scholarships, payment plans and need-based financial assistance, we work toward making a ULS education feasible for highly motivated children throughout the Lake Country area and beyond.
Families are attracted to University Lake School for our academic excellence and inspiring environment. Although an excellent investment in your child’s future, a private, independent education represents an expense that may be beyond the reach of some families. We are fortunate to be able to provide tuition assistance for students in our JK3 through 12th grade with demonstrated need.

Through scholarships, payment plans and need-based financial assistance, we work toward making a ULS education feasible for highly-motivated children throughout the Lake County area and beyond. We are fortunate to be able to provide tuition assistance for students in our JK 3-year-old program through grade 12 on the basis of demonstrated financial need.
An academic scholarship and/or tuition assistance award is a gift to the student and there is no obligation to repay the school. To be eligible for scholarship renewal, lower school students must maintain good academic standing and upper school students must maintain an annual GPA of at least 2.5. Students and parents must be positive ambassadors for the school, both inside and outside the immediate ULS community.
Applying for assistance is simple and is not based solely on your household income. Tuition assistance considers an array of household factors including debts outstanding, assets, depreciation, unusual expenses, number of dependents and more. More than one-third of our students receive tuition assistance. ULS prides itself on the confidentiality of our tuition assistance program and that tuition assistance can be applied for anytime during the admissions process.
