What is Visioning Day?

For this important day, we are asking parents, alumni, faculty, students and friends of ULS to share, discuss and imagine what could be. What are your hopes and dreams for our school and our students? This is your chance to tell us.

See what our students think about Visioning Day.

What is Strategic Planning?

The ULS "Soaring Beyond Brilliance" strategic planning process is an initiative to build a vision for the future of our school. The seeds of this effort were planted during the winter 2018 Brilliance Assembly. This day-long workshop was led by Matt Saiia '93, and attended by current and past parents, trustees, alumni, teachers and staff. The group discussed what we cherish most about ULS and identified key themes to enhance. This process dovetails with the completion of a renewed accreditation process through ISACS (Independent Schools Association of the Central States).
