Freshmen Trip - An Overview
As part of the University Lake School leadership program, the 9th grade class traveles to Camp Manitowish. From their base in the boundary waters, the students head out for three days of canoeing and camping. This trek allowes the students to form a cohesive group to accomplish the necessary tasks of wilderness living. All students have opportunities to take leadership roles in this outdoor experience and to enjoy a beautiful natural setting.
